The Palestinian Prisoners' Society responded to the Israeli Occupation’s released footage from the Megiddo Prison, purported to be leaked, stating that it is an attempt to break the will of the prisoners, but will ultimately fail.

The society emphasized that the Israeli Occupation government deliberately leaked the footage to boast about torturing prisoners and to garner more support.

They also noted that the aim of releasing this footage is to tarnish the image and status of Palestinian prisoners in the collective consciousness.

Several Hebrew media outlets aired videos depicting the torture of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli Occupation prisons, claiming the footage was leaked from inside the torture chambers.
